Shipping:

Please allow 3-4 days for delivery within the USA and 3-7 business days for international deliveries. Express shipping guarantees delivery within 24 hours.
Refunds:
We offer 100% full refund if Parcel does not get to your doorstep and also if the taste and quality of items you receive does not meet the clients expectations
We also refund money if the product is defective or the wrong item was sent. You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of giving your package to the return shipper.
In many cases, you’ll receive your money much more quickly. If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 days, please contact us at orders@frydbars.com and let us know. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue immediately.
Returns:
You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.
Exchanges:
If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival, we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
